Xbox Profile Badges

Xbox Profile Badges are badges that are displayed on a user's Xbox profile. They can be viewed from the main page of a player's profile on Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S consoles, as well as on the Xbox app and website. Badges can be earned by a user for having done various different things with their Xbox account. These things can range from having an active Xbox Game Pass subscription for multiple years, to having been active in the Xbox Ambassadors program. In addition to these, there a specific badges dedicated to Xbox employees that show what consoles and services they have helped develop and launch.

Community badges

Xbox Game Pass Subscriber		Be subscribed to Xbox Game Pass (previously Xbox Live Gold) for more than one year. The number (and design) of the badge correlates to the years you have been subscribed. This is the only badge that does not display when viewing a profile on the Xbox website.
Xbox Ambassador - Community Champion	Old Current	Given to Community Champions
Xbox Ambassador - Legacy		Given to accounts that had Level 1 or higher on the Xbox Ambassadors Program before October 15, 2024.
Xbox Ambassador - Accessibility Ally		Given to accounts that had completed all Accessibility Quests on the Xbox Ambassadors Program before October 15, 2024.
Xbox Live Gold		Given to accounts that had an active Xbox Live Gold subscription before September 14, 2023.
Weekly Streak		Given to accounts that had a weekly streak on the Microsoft Rewards app on Xbox before April 15, 2024.
Microsoft 50th Anniversary Badge		Given to Xbox Insiders that joined the "Microsoft 50th Anniversary Badge" activity.

Xbox Live - Launch Team		Given to accounts of Xbox employees that were a part of the Xbox Live launch team in 2002.
Xbox 360 - Launch Team		Given to accounts of Xbox employees that were a part of the Xbox 360 launch team in 2005.
New Xbox Experience (NXE) - Launch Team		Given to accounts of Xbox employees that were a part of the launch team for the New Xbox Experience software update for Xbox 360 consoles in 2008.
Kinect - Launch Team		Given to accounts of Xbox employees that were a part of the Xbox Kinect launch team in 2010.
Xbox One - Launch Team		Given to accounts of Xbox employees that were a part of the Xbox One launch team.
New Xbox One Experience (NXOE)- Launch Team		Given to accounts of Xbox employees that were a part of the New Xbox One Experience launch team in 2015.
Project Scorpio - Launch Team		Given to accounts of Xbox employees that were a part of the launch team for the Xbox One X in 2017.
Project Scarlett - Launch Team		Given to accounts of Xbox employees that were a part of the launch team for the Xbox Series X in 2020.
Xbox 20th Anniversary		Given to accounts of Xbox employees during the 20th Anniversary of Xbox in 2021.
Microsoft 50th Anniversary - Gamers Need Change		Given to Microsoft employees during Microsoft's 50th Anniversary in 2025.
