Xbox One X Enhanced refers to a variety of different improvements made to games on the Xbox One X. Games with this denotation have been updated or built specifically to take full advantage of the console's power. Game enhancements do not just apply to Xbox One titles, with some backwards compatible Xbox and Xbox 360 games also being updated to become Xbox One X enhanced on the console.
These game improvements are also applied on Xbox Series X consoles. The Xbox Series S however, does not support Xbox One X Enhanced improvements, with the console using the standard versions of games instead.
Game improvements can include, faster load times, higher resolution (Up to 4K), steadier frame rates, and improved textures.
