The Xbox Lotus Pro Racer is a steering wheel accessory created for use with the original Xbox. The steering wheel was developed and created by Lotus and Gamester.
The wheel was released in March 2002. The wheel was created for use with racing games such as Project Gotham Racing.
Design[]
The controller is grey in the center the Lotus logo in the middle, under the Lotus logo is the Gamester logo. On both sides of the Lotus logo is the Back and start button. Above the Lotus logo is the Xbox logo. On the right side of the Xbox logo is a black and white button and on the left side of the Xbox logo is a D-pad. On the top right of the wheel is the A,B,X,Y buttons. The wire is black unlike the normal green wire. The black version contains only the Gamester logo instead of the Lotus logo.
Reception[]
The wheel was heavily criticized by Xbox users and people who bought the wheel. Some users heavily disliked how the A,B,X,Y buttons were on the top right instead of the middle.
