The Xbox Alpha Tower I is a computer based debug kit that contributed to the development of the original Xbox. The original model only had a disc drive, while later variants would receive both USB and SIM card ports, respectively.

It was soon replaced by the Xbox Alpha Tower II, which would later contribute to the development of the finalized Xbox.
