The Xbox 360 Play & Charge Kit is a rechargeable battery pack used with the Xbox 360 controller.
The pack includes a rechargeable battery for use only with Xbox 360 controllers and a cable that can be plugged into the controller to keep the batteries charged.
The kit was produced by Microsoft during the Xbox 360's life cycle. Similar kits were also produced by third party companies and function the same as the official kit.
A similar kit was also released for Xbox One controllers.
