Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition is a 2014 action-adventure game developed by Crystal Dynamics and United Front Games and published by Square Enix Europe. The game is a remaster of the 2013 title Tomb Raider. The game was released in January 2014 for Xbox One and PlayStation 4, April 2024 for Windows exclusively via the Microsoft Store, and November 2025 for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2. The game includes improved graphics and an increased resolution of 1080p as well all previously released downloadable content for Tomb Raider and new control features.
The game supports Xbox Play Anywhere and is also playable via Xbox Cloud Gaming. It supports FPS Boost on Xbox Series X/S consoles via Backward Compatibility, allowing the game to be played at 60fps.
