The Wild Rings is a Japanese exclusive wrestling videogame. It was released on Xbox on April 10, 2003[1]. It was developed by Paon Corporation and published by Microsoft Game Studios.[2]

In the game the player has the option to play various different fighting styles. These are Pro-Wrestling (Puroresu), American Pro-Wrestling (sports entertainment), Lucha Libre, Total Fighting (Mixed Martial Arts), Shoot Wrestling, Judo, Amateur Wrestling, Sumo Wrestling, Karate Boxing, Kickboxing.

The game features 100 characters from different promotions, like All Japan Pro Wrestling, New Japan Pro Wrestling, Pro Wrestling Noah, Pro Wrestling Zero1, WWE, UFC, Pride FC, K-1 and other. It also has over 500 moves and a character creator.

A US release was set to April 12, 2003, but was canceled for unknown reasons.[3]
