The Spectra Enhanced Wired Controller is a third party controller created by PowerA for use with Xbox One consoles, Windows 10 and Xbox Series X|S consoles. It was released in November 2020 and functions as a regular wired controller but features additional back buttons and most notably the option for LED lighting on parts of the controller.
Design and features[]
Initially, the controller appears the same as any other wired Xbox One controller, however on closer inspection it can be seen that the controller has two additional back buttons that can be mapped to any other button when the controller is being used with a PC. The controller also has three way trigger locks that can be adjusted on the back side of the controller.
The main feature of the Spectra controller is its LED edge lighting. This lighting traces around the edge of the controller, thumbsticks, D-Pad and ,

buttons. The lighting can be alternated between seven different colors as well as an additional option that progressively cycles through all seven. Lighting options can be adjusted with the press of a button on the back side of the controller that instantly changes the color of the LEDs when the controller is plugged in and in use.
The controller also includes a 3.5mm headphone jack for use with headsets, as well as a 9.8ft (3m) breakaway USB cable.
