Optimized for Series X is an icon shown on Xbox Series X games. The icon shows that the select game has been optimized to perform and run better on the Series X, when compared to other platforms that the game may also be available on.
The icon is essentially the Xbox Series X version of the Xbox One X Enhanced icon.
History[]
Parts of the logo surfaced online on April 16, 2020. During this stage it was believed that this part would be used as a logo for the Xbox Series X, while others believed that it would be used in a way like the Xbox One X Enhanced logo was.
It wasn't until May 6, 2020 when Xbox officially used and showed off the Optimized for Series X term and logo in a Tweet about an upcomming Inside Xbox episode that would show off gameplay for various third-party Series X games. All games shown at the event would also be Optimized for Series X.

13 third-party games that will be Optimized for Series X were revealed at the May Xbox 20/20 event. It is also highly likely that all first-party Xbox Series X games will be Optimized for Series X, however nothing has been announced yet.
