The Mortal Kombat X Fight Pad is a fighting controller released for the Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC in April 2015. The controller was released at the launch of the game Mortal Kombat X.
Unlike most other controller, this one doesn't feature any analog sticks.
Design[]
The design of the controller is very similar to the Xbox 360 Versus Controller. The controller's buttons and shell are also very similar to a Sega Genesis controller.
The Home button features a small light above it indicating whether its on or off. The LB and RB buttons are on the right side of the controller with the X,Y,B,A buttons. The controller also features the normal bumper and trigger buttons as well similar to the Hyperkin X91.
There is also a switch on the bottom of the controller. The switch has two modes, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. The switch must be set to what console the controller is being used on.
Appearance[]
The Mortal Kombat features two logos, the main dragon logo by the D-Pad and home button and the Mortal Kombat X logo under the A,B and LB buttons. Also the Menu and Back button are next to the right trigger button. The PlayStation 4 version features the same exact shell as well.
Reception[]
The controller got mixed reviews some praising the controller while others didn't really like the controller as they say " It feels like its a $5 worth controller ".
