Minecraft Earth was an augmented reality game for smart phone devices that was developed by Mojang Studios and published by Xbox Game Studios. The game was released in early access on October 17, 2019 and recieved frequent updates up until early 2021 when it was announced that the game would receive its final update and be shut down on June 30, 2021.
