Half-Life 2 is a first-person shooter video game developed by Valve Software. It is the second game in the Half Life series. It was released for PC on November 16, 2004 and on Xbox on November 15, 2005.
Plot/Story[]
Taking place in and around City 17, nearly two decades after the events of the first game, Half-Life 2 follows the scientist Gordon Freeman as he is thrust into an unfamiliar environment in which the aftermath of the Black Mesa Incident has come to bear fully upon human society. Freeman is forced to fight against the Combine to save humankind. In Freeman's struggle he is joined by various aliens, fellow scientists and rebels, including friends (such as Alyx Vance).
