The Grand Theft Auto Double Pack is a video game bundle that was released for the Xbox and PlayStation 2 on October 31, 2003 in North America, January 2, 2004 in Europe, and July 29, 2004 in Japan. The pack contains the games Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
The Xbox port of the game was developed by Rockstar Viennna and published by Rockstar Games.

The port to the Xbox was developed by Rockstar Viennna, the Xbox port improves numerous things compared to the the PlayStation 2 port. Improvements for the Xbox release are improved audio, polygon models, reflections and some improvements to the graphics.
