The Forza Motorsport 6 Limited Edition Xbox One console was a limited edition variant of the Xbox One released in September 2015, coinciding with the release of Forza Motorsport 6 and tenth anniversary of the Forza franchise. The console contained a 1TB hard drive and included custom automotive start up and shut down noises. A matching controller and digital copy of the game was also included.

The console was announced on June 23, 2015 through an Xbox Wire post. An unboxing video was uploaded to the Xbox and Forza YouTube channels the following day.

Despite Forza being one of Xbox's biggest franchises, this is the only limited edition retail Forza themed console to be released across all generations of Xbox.

Console[]

Featuring a racing-inspired design with iconic sports car styling and custom automotive sound effects, the Forza Motorsport 6 Limited Edition Console is the first custom console from Xbox with a racing theme.

The Limited Edition console uses a blue casing featuring a slightly darker tone of blue colored racing stripes running from one side of the console to the other on the disc tray side of the console. A large Forza logo also appears among the racing stripes. The color of the console was most likely inspired by the 2016 Ford GT, the cover car of Forza Motorsport 6.

On the right side of the console, is a small number ten and the words Forza Motorsport, paying homage to ten years of the racing franchise.

The power button on the front of the console includes the words START and STOP. When pressed, rather than the regular start up noise, the console will make the noise of a car engine starting up.

Controller[]

The console included a matching controller that uses essentially the same design as the console. It uses an all blue design with the same Forza racing stripes running from the top of the faceplate to the bottom. The controller uses black triggers, bumpers and D-Pad. All other buttons on the controller including the A Button, B Button, X Button, Y Button, View Button and Menu Button as well as the thumbsticks uses the same blue color used on the rest of the controller.
