The Development Controller S also known as The Beta S is a controller that was made during its development. The controller was only given to the developers that were making this controller. Since Japan didn't really like the Duke to much they decided to have Microsoft make a smaller controller. So Microsoft went to work and after numerous prototypes the Development Controller S was made. Only two are known and a estimate of 50-100 of these were made. The only difference this controller has with the others is this one has a different D-Pad with it being white. The start and back buttons are also white instead of black.
