Dead Space is a first-person shooter developed by Treyarch and published by Activision. It was released on October 13, 2008 for the Xbox 360.
A sequel titled Dead Space 2 was released in 2011.
Storyline[]
A massive deep-space mining ship goes dark after unearthing a strange artifact on a distant planet. Engineer Isaac Clarke embarks on the repair mission, only to uncover a nightmarish blood bath — the ship's crew horribly slaughtered and infected by alien scourge. He must fight for survival and uncover the dark secrets of the entire human race. He finds that humans were mistreating aliens, and they struck back.
