CSI: Hard Evidence is a computer and Xbox 360 game released in September 2007, based on the CSI: Crime Scene Investigation television series. This is the fifth CSI game released, including CSI: Miami, and is Telltale's first Xbox 360 game.

The game was met with mixed reception from critics, with reviewers citing repetitive gameplay and a lack of challenge as the main areas of weakness. It was also pointed out that little attention was given to implementing achievements for the Xbox 360 port. The Xbox 360 port has a 44% rating on GameRankings and a 48 out of 100 on Metacritic.
