Battlefield 2: Modern Combat is a 2005 first-person shooter video game in the Battlefield series, developed by Digital Illusions CE. It is the first Battlefield game to be released for video game consoles and was also a standalone side-story/expansion for Battlefield 2, which was released exclusively for Windows that same year.
The game was initially released for PlayStation 2 and Xbox in 2005, with an updated version for the Xbox 360 featuring improved graphics and online features being released in 2006.

The single player campaign game is based around a fictional war between NATO and China that takes place in Kazakhstan.
DLC[]
Battlefield 2: Modern Combat got DLC on the Original Xbox. The Warsome Booster Pack contains 3 new maps, 4 new vehicles and new character skins. It is 7657 blocks big. The DLC can only be used on Xbox Live.
